Both interiors are porcelain enameled with rounded corners that simplify cleanup, while interior lights and glass panels in the doors ensure product visibility without releasing heat. Its control panel includes a dial thermostat that ranges from 200 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, a 1-hour timer with an electric buzzer, and power off/cook switch. It is insulated on the top, bottom, and sides to keep heat inside the cavities.The Duke E102-G double full-size convection oven is heated by natural gas, and if the pilot goes out, it has an electronic relight system. A gas regulator ensures the unit works properly, and the front control panel has a shutoff valve.
